# Requesting your Data

Per applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data associated with your account. Once requested, we will prepare an export containing the information currently stored on our systems and notify you when it is ready to download.

### How to Request your Data

To request your data join our support server and open a ticket, from there make sure to ask for a Manager+ and they will inform the developers of the situation and get you all settled.

Data Requests can take up too 2-5 Business Days to be ready.
